2004 marked the beginning of Dadhichi Educational Trust which was operating from Dadhichi Industrial Training Centre. With a mere 170 students and 20 staff members. Dadhichi Educational Trust started its march towards a new era, but the struggle was far from over and all through its struggle it was a few members who anchored and steered the ship till date. Among them Mr.Basudev Biswal presently acting as Director Finance was working with Alishan Realcon Pvt.Ltd (Sister Cocern of Dadhichi Educational Trust) since the year 2000, played a pivotal role and is looking after the finance of Dadhichi Group of Institution today. Another feather in the cap of Dadhichi Group of Institution Mr. Simanchal Panda acting as Director Administration, he is a graduate in commerce and also holds a degree in law. He has been instrumental in the smooth running of the institution through maintenance of proper rules and regulations. Ever since then Dadhichi Group of Institution has been functioning successfully under the able guidance and supervision of these personalities, who have acted as the beams and pillars of Dadhichi Group of Institution. The efforts of Mr.Pravat Kumar Padhi can not be overlooked. Presetly working as Director project for the Group he has been instrumental in bringing the institution in its present shape. Nevertheless as the saying goes ‘Behind every successful man, there is a women.’ So this saying has been proved true by the Himalayan support of Madam, Mrs. Babita Dash, the better half of Dr. M.K.Dash , is the secret behind the success of Dr. M.K.Dash and the organization.
